You may find enlightenment with this private chef experience inspired by the Japanese concept of satori - an inner awakening unexplainable by logic. Across four courses, Chef Avery presents unexpected flavors and textural contrasts.
Begin with light crab bisque, followed by handcrafted tagliatelle in a complex curry sauce with bold chili oil, macerated fennel and salmon roe. The third course features elegant striped bass with silky parsnip purée and pickled jicama-mango salad. For dessert, savor the Chef's vision of panna cotta.
