You'll start by crafting an eye-catching panzanella salad, loaded with fresh vegetables and tossed with a rosemary balsamic vinaigrette. Next, you'll make a vibrant beet tartar, served with bacon buttermilk ranch. Your main course Is a hearty apple and fennel-brined pork chop, paired with an assortment of fall sides. A brown butter apple cobbler serves as a wonderfully fitting dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
