During this private chef experience, you'll discover the best of coastal cuisine. Chef Christmas will delight you with the flavors of the sea by preparing a three-course menu.
Begin your meal with a choice of fresh seafood appetizers, a crisp salad or a warm soup. For the main course, select from a variety of exquisite entrées, including lobster risotto, bouillabaisse or a selection of fresh fish dishes. Finish with a decadent dessert, such as chocolate mousse, strawberry semifreddo, crêpes Suzette or seasonal fruit with brown butter streusel.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
