Kumamoto oysters on the half shell with a tomato horseradish granita are the start to this fresh seafood menu. Next is a roasted beet, sumo orange, avocado and chevre salad with a citrus vinaigrette. Enjoy braised pork belly and seared scallops with a sunchoke puree. Your next entrГ©e is a seared salmon with roasted rainbow fingerling potatoes and rapini. For dessert, enjoy a chocolate goat cheese pannacotta with a blueberry compote.
