Fun and interactive sessions explore traditional techniques while using authentic ingredients. Learn how to prepare vegan scallops accented with a tarragon sauce and serve atop artichoke cream. Top this with crispy shallots and fresh herbs. Next, you'll make ridges of gnochetti sardi, simmer a classic oregano tomato sauce and bake crispy garlic bread. Dessert is refreshing gelato with Prosecco or a non-alcoholic beverage.
