What You’ll Do

Discover a world of delicious and comforting French cuisine.

In this chef experience, you will discover French Chicken Tarragon, known as “Poulet à l’Estragon”, a simple one-pan recipe that’s both comforting and fresh tasting. Chicken thighs are first browned and braised in white wine for tenderness. Cream is then added for extra richness. But it’s really fresh tarragon, a staple herb in French cooking with assertive aniseed-like notes, that gives the distinctive flavor to this unique dish.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Rachida is a culinary magician who can create healthy, nutritious food that tastes too good to be good for you, but they are! As a vegetarian it’s been next to impossible to find a chef who could create delicious, low carb and flavorful dishes for me as well as meat meals for my carnivorous souse with different tastes and needs. Rachida not only satisfies both of us but keeps the dishes and menus fun, varied and full of adventurous delights!
