Enjoy a hearty meal inspired by the cuisine of the Pyrenees Mountains.

Explore the flavors of this unique region during this private chef experience where Chef Peter will craft a multi-course menu inspired by Pyrenees cuisine. Refresh your palate with a fresh salad topped with smoked bacon and rich Roquefort cheese. Then, enjoy a warm cassoulet with duck, pork and sausage baked with white beans in a garlic crust. On the side, a flaky leek and potato strudel. Indulge in an apple and almond croustade flavored with brandy for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Peter was fantastic! He was on time, great at communication, and made the entire experience fun for our group of 7 women on a holiday together. He accommodated food preferences and was super engaging. He also cleaned everything - the kitchen was even more spotless than when he arrived! Would highly recommend him for any event.

10/10 recommend Chef Peter. We had a party with 4 girls & Chef came right in with the energy and the delicious dishes. Our abs hurt from laughing so hard. It was our favorite night of the trip. Also.: the steak was melt in your mouth delicious! The fries hardly made it to the plate we kept nibbling on them.
