Try sophisticated Asian classics with Chef Stephanie, who will prepare and serve this stunning menu. Begin with fluffy bao buns filled with crispy pork belly and a vegetable slaw. Then, enjoy salmon seared to perfection and served with wasabi ginger root parsnip purГ©e and Sriracha scallion rice cakes, and savor a sweet matcha-infused pistachio cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Stephanie was amazing! Everything was so good and she was such a good teacher. She was able to answer all questions and was fun to talk to as well. I would love to take a class from her again!

Chef Stephanie was fantastic! The event room was cosy, beautifully decorated and funtional as well. She had a fabulous spread of cheeses, meats,etc.. when we arrived and we made our own charcuterie boards. We made many different pastas & helped with a loverly lemon cake and focacciaвЂ”after which Stephanie cooked up the pastas with 4 different sauces and served us all. We ate well! All in all a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it. E&E

Chef Steph rocks! Her class is the perfect experience either as a date or a friend or family group. Chef Steph's teaching style is so entertaining, but she also was attentive to all our questions and made sure we got to really participate as much as we wanted - you can be hands on, or just observe. We did the pasta class and it was so much fun! DELICIOUS. She is really a talented chef. I took the recipe home and was able to recreate it using her class tips and take home guide, too. We are looking forward to doing another class with her!
