What You’ll Do

Enjoy classic French cuisine with a unique modern twist.

In this private chef experience, decadent French cuisine with a modern fusion will be the star. Chef Adrian will craft an engaging menu beginning with wild mushrooms on a potato pancake topped with a creamy miso sauce. Next, a pan-seared lamb seasoned with rosemary and served with a mini demi glace. On the side, mushrooms and asparagus mixed with buttery potatoes. A rich crème brûlée with a caramelized sugar crust and berries is for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Adrian was absolutely fantastic! He was so kind, friendly and professional. He cooked for my friends and I for my 60th birthday celebration and he made the entire experience wonderful. The food was delicious and he cleaned up so quickly and left it like he was never there. It was such a joy to not have to worry about cooking or cleaning and just enjoy being with my best friends for the night. My friends are still talking about what a pleasure the entire experience was! I would definitely do this again and I highly recommend Chef Adrian for your special occasion!

Adrian traveled a distance to make our 14th anniversary dinner at our Beachclub a memorable event. Prompt, communicative, adaptable, and personable…Adrian made and executed a four course surf and turf dinner, out of our cabana with limited cooking resources…air fryer/microwave, instant pot/grill. It was flawless, delicious, hot, and beautifully presented. We just got to sit, be served, enjoy, and not have to clean up. The weather was spectacular and our views were incredible. Our Beachclub is surrounded by water, ocean to the East, river to the West, and NYC to the North…dining alfresco was unparalleled! Thank you Adrian! This type of service is the way to go for a unique experience!
