Picture yourself on the French coast while enjoying this flavorful feast.

Taste fresh seafood cooked with flair in this private chef experience. Chef Adrian will craft a four-course seafood meal starting with crispy fried calamari with Parmesan cheese bowl, greens and balsamic reduction. Next seared teriyaki salmon that comes with salmon and avocado maki rolls as well as vegetable spring rolls. For dessert is a fabulous flan garnished with berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Adrian was a lot of fun. Although we love Japanese cuisine, we had very little knowledge/experience in making it. He took his time explaining the products and the processes needed in order to achieve confidence that we can try it again this week. The end product was delicious and plenty of food, which we really loved.
