In this private chef experience, Chef Jarrett will prepare for you a stunning blend of seafood and land fare from along the coast of California. First, delight in mussels steamed in a tomato cream broth, then enjoy pan-seared scallops paired with sous vide steak infused with garlic butter and sided by roasted carrots topped with pistachios. Dessert features a delicate sweet cream panna cotta with berry coulis.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Jarrett was great! He arrived on time, cooked us an amazing dinner and accommodated my wife's dietary restrictions really well while still providing a delicious meal. Highly recommend.
