For the entrГ©e, the choice of sous-vide buttermilk-fried chicken or chicken fried steak, each expertly prepared to showcase the comfort cuisine with a sophisticated twist. Accompanying sides bring unique profiles to complement the main dish beautifully. Sweet potato tartlets will linger long after the meal has ended.

Chef Blake did a phenomenal job. He was pleasant and easy to talk with and his food was spectacular. I highly recommend his Coastal Mexican menu - everything was fresh and delicious!
