Begin with a warm caramelized onion and goat cheese tart before tearing off pieces of fluffy, fresh focaccia. Porchetta with a fennel and herb stuffing and a lemon vinaigrette goes perfectly with tender braised leeks with fresh Parmesan. For dessert, enjoy silky spoonfuls of vanilla panna cotta with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Alex is a culinary creative who started an oven-ready meal program to get at-risk youth through lockdown during the pandemic. He also volunteers with Denver Housing Authority by helping create their cooking program. With experience in various concept kitchens, his skill set is vast and varied. Add to this expertise a passion for helping others cook, and Chef Alex has the perfect recipe for delicious kitchen success!

Chef Alex did a wonderful job at explaining all the details of making the meal. He was very thorough and patient. At the end of the class, we were left with an amazing meal while he cleaned the kitchen. We will definitely used what we learned for future meals! I recommend if you're looking for a fun date or even just a desire to want to learn how to cook something new & delicious. Thanks Alex!
