Take a culinary tour of Spain with fresh tapas hand-prepared by Chef Alex.
Settle into the flavors of Spain with culinary favorites prepared fresh, in a local style, by a world-class chef. Start with hot papas bravas in spicy tomato sauce, and jumbo shrimp cooked in garlic and olive oil and served with crusty bread. Next, sweet and spicy shishito peppers with flaky sea salt, followed by a cooling tomato gazpacho. Dessert is a Spanish take on a French classic: Crema Catalana with caramelized sugar top.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Alex is a culinary creative who started an oven-ready meal program to get at-risk youth through lockdown during the pandemic. He also volunteers with Denver Housing Authority by helping create their cooking program. With experience in various concept kitchens, his skill set is vast and varied. Add to this expertise a passion for helping others cook, and Chef Alex has the perfect recipe for delicious kitchen success!
