What You’ll Do

Enjoy a feast featuring a handful of Chef Jonathan's favorite Italian dishes.

Savor authentic, indulgent Italian fare over four courses prepared by Chef Jonathan in this private chef experience. A salad of fresh microgreens topped with creamy ricotta and sweetened with honeycomb is first on the menu. Next, enjoy short ribs braised with rich red wine and served over tagliatelle pasta, and savory roasted bone marrow with mushrooms and fresh crostini. A delicate cannoli with orange custard serves as dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of dining with Chef Jonathan for the 'Innovative Italian Cuisine' and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of innovative Italian dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. We were especially impressed by the texture and mouthfeel of the homemade gnocchi with the butternut squash sauce. It was absolutely delicious! And the cheesecake berry mousse with honeycomb dessert was nothing we've ever experienced. Chef Jonathan was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. He even recommended restaurants in the area as well as a book that showcased our interests in food and nutritious cooking. We can’t recommend Chef Jonathan enough for a fantastic dining experience. We will definitley be booking with Chef Jonathan again in the near future!

I booked this meal/experience for my sister-in-law for her birthday and it could not have been a more perfect gift! Her friends and her said that Chef John was one of the coolest people they'd ever met and it was one of the best meals of their life. Cannot recommend this enough! Chef John is also incredibly responsive to messages and was kind enough to help us reschedule it when something came up.
