Our experience with Chef Nyjal was terrific. He came prepared with all the necessary ingredients. He was patient and clear in his instructions. Everything we made (from the eclairs to the bananas foster) was delicious. It was an excellent activity for the family to do together. We enjoyed it immensely. I am not a cook. Chef Nyjal kept things simple and gave great advice in regard to prep and purchase of ingredients. My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience will look to do additional classes in the future.

There was not enough food for 11 adults. There was not enough to do for 11 adults. He did too much and didn't let us do enough. Example, I did the canoli station and he started to put the ingredients in the bowl. He also took a dish of food home when there wasn't enough for all of us. We paid $100 per person, there should have been extra extra food for us.
