Gather your favorite wine lovers for an evening at a local vineyard with a private chef. Chef Yapo, an expert chef with a passion for local Californian cuisine, created this four-course menu with inspiration from seasonal local produce.

First, you will enjoy a sweet and savory stone fruit salad with Cotija cheese and nutty pepita vinaigrette. Next, delicate butter-poached shrimp will be served before the main entrée of creamy white wine risotto. The meal will come to a close with a seasonal gelato or sherbet hand-crafted by Chef Yapo.

Sit back, relax, sip some wine and enjoy the winery's spacious patio, cozy secluded areas and three natural grottos of pomegranate trees.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Yapo graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute and quickly learned that he loved talking about food with the customers more than working in the restaurant, so he started working for people directly with local and organic foods in 2009. Chef Yapo is great! He was so gracious with his time and even offered to walk my girlfriend and I through the entire process of the meal! We learned so much and are excited to do some more cooking on our own :)

Chef Yapo was a such an energetic and informative chef who was very patient with all of us family of five! We had a really enjoyable time learning about how to make gnocchi and gnudi and the food turned out awesome! It was a really great experience and my whole family really enjoyed it! Thank you Chef Yapo for a memorable time!

My husband and I learned so much from Chef Yapo about how to peel ginger (i’be been doing it the hard way for years), peel and chop garlic, and how to season fresh fish. Cooking was fun and didn’t feel like a chore. The menu he selected was delicious. We were both so proud of our time in the kitchen and can’t wait to do it again with our family and friends.
