In this private chef experience, discover fresh regional ingredients and the traditional flavors of Thai cuisine. Begin the meal with a bright green papaya salad with spicy dressing and a creamy tom kha soup. For the main course, Chef Maggie combines chilies, vegetables, peanuts and Thai basil with your choice of protein for a classic Panang curry. Finish the meal with a traditional Thai dessert of sweet mango and coconut sticky rice.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

A caterer, instructor and private chef, Chef Maggie has found herself continuing her culinary journey in Denver. After living in Spain, Chef Maggie developed a deep passion for food. She completed the American Culinary Federation Chef Apprenticeship program and has since focused on building her toolbox of culinary skills. Now, Chef Maggie offers her unique and culturally inspired skill set in cooking classes that awaken the senses with comfortable menus that also evoke curiosity and surprise.
