In this private chef experience, Chef Kpannah highlights succulent seafood in its many forms. Choose your favorite seafood delights to build a personalized four-course menu. Start with oysters, mussels or crispy calamari, followed by your choice of spicy prawns or creamy lobster bisque. From a decadent grilled lobster with drawn butter to a classic seafood boil with crab, mussels and Cajun spice, the chef showcases the best the sea has to offer with your entrÃ©e. And finally, you will take your pick of two mouth-watering delicacies for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Kpannah was indeed the consummate chef! She was friendly, prompt and professional. Most importantly our Motherâ€™s Day meal was absolutely delicious! From the savory flavorful taste to the eye pleasing presentation! It was ALL lovely. She is highly recommended! Bon Appetit!
