The flavors of Italy spring to life with a gorgeous menu from Chef Quintin in this private chef experience. You'll be spirited away on a whirlwind Venetian journey without leaving the table. Your menu includes prosciutto canapГ©s with arugula and olives, crispy red snapper topped with tomato ragout, pappardelle Bolognese and osso bucco with creamy polenta. And for dessert, sweet zeppoles with chocolate ganache and raspberry sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
