Take a trip to the Caribbean through this mouthwatering, classic four-course meal.

For this private chef experience, Chef Kelly crafts each dish with plenty of Caribbean influence using ingredients typical to Puerto Rican cuisine, such as plantains, pigeon peas, coconut milk and more. Chef Kelly makes her aioli, sofrito and adobo to add spicy and savory authentic flavors to her creations. In this meal, you’ll enjoy multiple Puerto Rican classics from mofongo with shrimp to Puerto Rico’s national dish, pork chops with rice and peas.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Her most notable professional achievements include being part of the test kitchen team at one of the top gourmet food magazines in the country as well as becoming the managing lead chef instructor at the most successful recreational cooking school in New York City. Chef Kelly also has experience as a garde manager and is currently a freelance chef.

Chef Kelly is great at what she does! Our pasta making experience was soooo worth it! My wife and I looked at each other after getting home and said, "Why do we buy pasta?" When we can make it ourselves! Chef Kelly has a great set up for this class and was so helpful! Thank you!

Chef Kelly was amazing! She had all the things ready and set up for us. She was so specific and demonstrated all the skills we needed. We took the pasta making class and the final product was SO delicious ? We had a great time and highly recommend!
