During this private chef experience, Chef Justin will prepare a gourmet four-course feast that fuses Hawaiian ingredients and recipes with time-honored French culinary techniques. You can look forward to enjoying a seared ahi tuna tetaki appetizer with wasabi-yuzu crГЁme fraГ®che, ginger grilled pave steak, seared scallops with a sake-vanilla beurre blanc, and a parfait layered with grilled pineapple and rum spongecake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Justin has years of culinary experience in various cuisines. The dishes that chef Justin taught me were all easy to follow and I can't wait to try them out for my next party!
