Treat yourselves to an elevated menu featuring New American cuisine with Chef Daniel.
In this private chef experience, you will enjoy a flavorful evening from beginning to end with New American fare as the focus. Chef Daniel will begin the night with succulent oysters, followed by roasted squash with crispy quinoa. For your entrée, choose from braised short ribs or roasted halibut, then end your evening with a decadent tiramisu or a mouthwatering apple galette with caramel.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

What's included
After graduating culinary school and completing an immersive internship in Italian culture and cuisine in Umbria, Chef Daniel landed a job as a sous chef where he was able to learn from and partner with Iron Chef Jose Garces. For the past five years, Chef Daniel has been the go-to chef for six eateries that are part of a restaurant group that has helped transform a once desolate neighborhood into a modern and trendy village.
