Taste the traditional dishes of Thailand using plant-based ingredients.

In this private chef experience with Chef Jordan, you will enjoy three authentic Thai dishes bursting with fresh, tropical ingredients. Start with tom kha gai soup, which is full of sweet and sour flavors. Then, move on to a creamy green curry featuring pumpkin, eggplant, spices and coconut, served with quinoa as a healthier stand-in for rice. Dessert features a Thai-style ice cream made from coconut. Many ingredients featured on this menu are organic, non-GMO and local.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Jordan was absolutely fantastic. His vegan Tom Ka soup was incredible and the coconut dessert was to die for! Great guy, great chef, great food, great experience. I highly recommend it!
