In this private chef experience, Chef Stacy will prepare an unforgettable four-course Asian fusion menu. Using a wide array of plant-based ingredients she will showcase global fusion dishes with an Asian twist.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include hand-rolled Thai vegetable spring rolls with a sweet chili peanut dipping sauce, a creamy coconut Panang curry with Jasmine rice and traditional fried banana egg rolls, served with a scoop of dairy-free coconut ice cream for dessert. Book today!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

She has been afforded the opportunity to cook for many diverse clientele and strives for superior, friendly customer service, always with fresh ingredients and delicious food. She is also an experienced Kosher chef, an advocate for clean eating and an educator on how to avoid harmful ingredients.

Chef Stacy was prepared, informative and very relaxed as she guided us through our Galentine’s Day Menu. We had a lot of fun and the brunch was scrumptious! I learned how to make a frittata, yay! And the sauce for the French toast was to die for. Thx chef Stacy!!

Excellent class and amazing teacher!! This is a super fun activity in a rainy winter day! No need to go anywhere and a delicious outcome! I surprised my husband with a birthday gift and invite our son and his girlfriend who is away at college to join! I’m pretty sure I’m going to start a trend here!!

Chef Stacy was incredible! We had an amazing lesson on vegan sushi. Stacy was easy going and provided excellent instruction, and made the most of our small kitchen space (don't feel like you can't do this if you have a small kitchen- ours is tiny and she made it work effortlessly!). My fiance bought this as a birthday present and it was by far my favorite gift! Now we have the skills we need to make vegan sushi at home any time. Stacy is a delight. Thank you!!!
