Discover an array of beautiful, vibrant and vegan Asian fusion flavors with Chef Stacy.

In this private chef experience, Chef Stacy will prepare an unforgettable four-course Asian fusion menu. Using a wide array of plant-based ingredients she will showcase global fusion dishes with an Asian twist.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include hand-rolled Thai vegetable spring rolls with a sweet chili peanut dipping sauce, a creamy coconut Panang curry with Jasmine rice and traditional fried banana egg rolls, served with a scoop of dairy-free coconut ice cream for dessert. Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

She has been afforded the opportunity to cook for many diverse clientele and strives for superior, friendly customer service, always with fresh ingredients and delicious food. She is also an experienced Kosher chef, an advocate for clean eating and an educator on how to avoid harmful ingredients.

There were 5 of us in the class, and we all had a wonderful experience with Chef Stacy! The Thai dishes we made along with the Mai Tai, were really delicious and loved that it was flexible enough to improvise and add substitute ingredients. We were able to incorporate shrimp or chicken. Chef Stacy made everything very easy and fun to do. Loved starting the class with Mai Tai's, I think that was a great way to get everyone feeling comfortable. I would most definitely do another class with Chef Stacy, and I highly recommend this Thai dish. It's very forgiving when it comes to how it's prepared, so you don't have to feel pressured in exact measurements etc. I would make this recipe again on my own.
