WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Explore Europe's diverse culinary range over a private four-course meal.
Discover the dishes of both central and eastern Europe in one meal with this private chef experience. Chef Dirk will prepare a meal featuring upscale takes on classic European comfort food, from Baltic blini pancakes with caviar and sour cream to a rich boeuf stroganoff prepared with red wine and crème fraîche. You will enjoy salat schweizer art, a green salad topped with pancetta, and rote grutze, a fresh dish of seasonal berries and vanilla cream sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With Greek-style caviar and sour cream

Wow! Chef Dirk was like his cuisine, utterly amazing! Chef Dirk made me and my partner’s night by coming to our apartment and cooking wonderful, European dishes. He not only provided the historical context of the dishes, he also recommended appropriate wines that complemented the foods so well. Booked the event Asian Fusion Culinary Challenge with Chef Dirk in San Francisco (Mission District)

We did the cozymeal cooking class (Asian fusion) as part of our team building activity. It was very fun and interactive. We learned so much about the different dishes, Chef Dirk and his assistant, Max, were also very friendly and funny! They had fun giveaways as well. The food was delicious. We were a group of 14 and it was just a new and refreshing way to have dinner with your colleagues apart from the traditional business meal dinner. highly recommend. They provide aprons for you but we brough our own company branded aprons.
