Like opening a culinary time capsule, you'll relive the very best of Millennial dining with a '90s-themed cooking lesson that starts with a green salad topped with tart cranberries and homemade sourdough croutons. Then, you'll cook up black bean burgers made from scratch and a decadent molten lava cake — a favorite dessert of the decade.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Chef Chris did an excellent job. He was very thoughtful and extremely insightful. He did an amazing job explaining cooking methods and how to do things. I would recommend chef to anyone. We will definitely be taking another class
