Get ready to up your Taco Tuesday game with this culinary experience and Chef Andy.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Andy, you will learn how to prepare plant-based tacos using simple ingredients and techniques that showcase the flavors of Mexico. While sipping on freshly concocted mango margaritas, Chef Andy will teach you how to make homemade tortillas as well as the secret to his favorite salsa. You will also learn how to make a vegan taco filling featuring your choice of nopales (cactus) or mushrooms.

Chef Andy hosted my team for a group event, and we had a great time! We regularly do different group activities, and the vegan taco / mango margarita class was a big hit. The recipes were accessible, Chef Andy taught us pro tips along the way, and the tortillas are the best I've ever eaten! I would recommend taking a class from Chef Andy anytime ?
