The pre-prep instructions were easy to follow, and the class was easy to follow as well. **The cachapa in the picture is one I made immediately after class and I got it a tad too done, but it still tasted delicious. The ones made in class were perfect!

Chef Carlos taught us how to make our own pasta dough and pesto sauce and he was an amazing instructor. The steps and explanations were very clear and personable, with individual attention given to us so he could confirm our dough had come together just right. On top of that we learned how to make authentic tiramisu dessert. Everything was delicious! We highly recommend his class!

Great experience for my first class! Really enjoyed learning from Carlos. His instructions were clear and he taught us some handy tips and tricks along the way. He watched everyone’s progress and gave individual help so that everyone was successful. The pacing of the class was good, but it is helpful to prep your ingredients before class so you don’t feel rushed. The meal turned out delicious and we even have leftovers! Can’t wait to book another class with Carlos!
