Join Chef Daniel and learn how to embrace the concept of comforting hygge cooking.

Hygge — pronounced hoo-gah — is the Danish concept of a cozy sense of being and environment, which can be felt in a number of ways, especially through food. During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Daniel, you will learn how to prepare a hygge-inspired menu featuring dishes like a beetroot and kale salad, baked cod, and sausage-studded cauliflower rice that will nourish you in body and soul.

After graduating culinary school and completing an immersive internship in Italian culture and cuisine in Umbria, Chef Daniel landed a job as a sous chef where he was able to learn from and partner with Iron Chef Jose Garces. For the past five years, Chef Daniel has been the go-to chef for six eateries that are part of a restaurant group that has helped transform a once desolate neighborhood into a modern and trendy village.
