It was so much fun and Vivian was a great teacher! The only thing negative is the last dish we prepared, poor Vivian was t expecting it because cozy meal should have taken it off of her menu and didn’t! She went ahead and made it with us because we all had the ingredients, but we felt bad for her because she felt unprepared. She was great and handled it very professionally.

Chef Vivian and Michi graciously welcomed us into their home, where we had the pleasure of engaging in the art of cooking. They are both wonderful individuals and exceptional instructors. We had a truly enjoyable time sharing and learning about culinary arts and cultural interests that we mutually appreciate. It was particularly pleasing that we prepared a four-course meal and were able to take home any uneaten portions. Additionally, a digital recipe list for each dish was provided. This class offers a relaxing, highly entertaining atmosphere, and the discussions were very engaging. We participated in The Bear themed cooking class. Chef Vivian & Michi welcomed us into their home, were very friendly, easy going and great teachers. We did the Noodling around the Pasta with chef Vivian and Michi, it was a fantastic experience. We were most interested in learning the techiques of making pasta from scratch , bruschetta and tiramisu, as we have always used the store bought pasta.We found the class fun and very informative.Thanks for great tips throughout the class.
