Chef V was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was able to provide on the spot recommendations for replacements when people mentioned during class that they weren't able to find something.

This was a fun class. It worked well with the group of work colleagues who were participating. The chef did a good job of showing how to work the two recipes at the same time, to optimize the time in the kitchen and ensure that the food was all ready at the same time.
