Travel to the Caucasus Mountains and explore the flavors of Georgian cuisine. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Ivan will share the techniques that make Georgian food distinctive and exquisite. You'll learn how to combine ingredients to transform them into an authentic “supra” — a traditional Georgian feast. 
 Start by mixing spinach, walnuts and pomegranate seeds for a classic dip. Next, you'll roast eggplants and roll them with a walnut pesto sauce, and cook up a chicken dish in a creamy garlic sauce. Finally, bake Georgian bread cheese boats with egg yolk and butter, and create a dessert using grape juice, cornmeal and toasted walnuts.
