What You’ll Do

Join Chef Lilly as she demystifies the intriguing art of building satisfyingly simple vegan dishes.

In hands-on class, you will have the opportunity to join Chef Lilly for in-depth look at some of the mysterious ingredients and techniques that are fundamental to simple and satisfying vegan cooking.

Chef Lilly has prepared a menu of four incredible recipes for you to create. One consists of building a marvelous array of flavors and textures in beautiful green and yellow peppers stuffed with fluffy quinoa, crunchy edamame, juicy tomatoes, and the buttery texture of artichokes. Chef Lilly also demystifies the very curious art of vegan cashew cheese.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lilly grew up in France, where her passion for cooking was sparked while exploring the kitchen of the bakery her parents owned. After attending the French Pastry School, she went on to gain experience at many top restaurants in Chicago. Chef Lilly is also a health coach and a seasoned culinary instructor who loves to have fun in the kitchen. Her sense of humor, health knowledge, and easy recipes make for an incredible experience!

We had a wonderful cooking class with Chef Lilly. She gave us some new vegan dining choices which were delicious while accommodating my husband's gluten-free diet. We enjoyed ourselves very much and look forward to experimenting with the new vegan recipes and cooking advice.

Cooking with Chef Lilly was an amazing experience! My friend and I felt very welcomed and right at home with her in the kitchen! Chef Lilly is very purposeful in her cooking and also in getting to know you. I appreciated her sitting down with us to have a chat before cooking to get to know one another for a more personal experience. Chef Lilly put lots of care and special touches into her recipes and our experience. She helped re-spark my love for vegan cooking and I feel less intimidated and more inspired to cook simple, wholesome meals again! My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our time with Chef Lily. She is very knowledgeable in her area and we had a lots of fun learning with her. She is very warm and welcoming and we gained many different skills in which we’ll be able to apply to our own cooking. Thank you Chef Lily and we look forward to more experiences.
