Cooking Class - Seasonal Four Course Lunch

What You’ll Do

The best way to enjoy this refreshingly satisfying four-course lunch is al fresco.

Chef Sonia knows that each season deserves to be celebrated in its own special way. In this hands-on class, she guides you through preparing a four-course lunch menu that concentrates on the long awaited freshness of each season.

A couple of the recipes you can look forward to preparing include fresh ahi tuna from Santa Monica Seafood Market served in a tostada fashion, and a beautiful wild rice salad enhanced with an array of nuts as well as crisp seasonal vegetables from the farmers market.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sonia has a gorgeous home and a kitchen that is perfect for a cooking lesson. An equally impressive outdoor dining area beckons as well! She was very welcoming and used superb ingredients throughout the meal.
