Join Chef Ellie for a delicious, yet not so typical Sunday brunch experience. Magandang umaga!

In this hands-on class, Chef Ellie guides you through creating a Filipino-American breakfast with make-ahead techniques to make entertaining a breeze! Chef Ellie not only shows you how to pull together a delicious and interesting brunch, but also sends you home with personally designed recipe cards.

A fresh, traditional salad will kick off class. Then, learn the secret to perfect slow-poached eggs that will accompany your beef tapa and garlic fried rice. You will also add a new ingredient to your repertoire when you make your grilled pandan muffins.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Ellie and her food are fabulous! She prepared three Filipino dishes, each one unique from the next, and I enjoyed every single bite. If you like Asian flavors with Spanish influences, you need Filipino food in your life! I highly recommend.
