Cooking Class - Pizza and Flatbreads Galore

We loved our pizza and flatbreads class with Chef Andy! We learned a lot, had so much fun, and made some great food. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about cooking or just have a good time. We'll definitely be taking another one of his classes!

We had a great team building event with Chef Andy, here's the some feedback from the Team members: Lisa - Chef Andy is very knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone is involved in the class and cared for. Michael - Chef Andy has a great personality and the cooking class was well-organized, and all of us with different levels of culinary skill learned something from the class. From an administrative standpoint, Chef Andy facilitated seamless communication and accommodation for our custom menu, even providing a vegetarian option for one of our team members. His thoughtfulness extended to sharing group photos with us at the end and ensuring that everyone had a great time. I wholeheartedly recommend Chef Andy to everyone.

We had an absolute BLAST with Chef Andy! He was fun, professional, and we learned so much. He started by bringing all necessary supplies and getting comfortable in our kitchen - there was zero judgment on what our kitchen looked like, what we normally cooked with, or anything like that. By using our home cookware and appliances, we learned all sorts of skills to make repeating this meal accessible in the future! Some highlights: - Andy taught us multiple ways to stretch dough - He taught us different types of crusts and flatbreads - He made everything seem affordable: told us where to find ingredients, was flexible with what types of flour and pans we used, and didn't push us to need "fancy" brands or specialty tools - If we made a mistake, he showed us how to fix it and improve - Everyone got to get their hands in! - We had leftovers for DAYS! Thanks again to Andy for being such a joy - and thanks to your sous chef for the spotless kitchen when you left! We've already recommended Andy to several family members and friends, and we hope to book another class soon.

What a wonderful experience! We learned a lot - making the flatbread dough, prepping the ingredients, arranging different toppings, and using fresh herbs - even expert slicing techniques! Fun, delicious, and insightful - we had a great time!

Booked the Flatbread Galore class and learned a lot with Chef Andy. He was very accommodating and is a wealth of knowledge about cooking techniques and tips. I found him very professional even though the set up was informal in our home. The class was both interesting and fun. Would definitely book another class with Chef Andy.

Five stars is not enough. Chef Andy and Chef Coco gave us a wonderful experience from start to finish. They came to our home and taught us how to prepare an absolutely amazing Mexican meal, and everything about the evening exceeded our expectations. They were warm, friendly, very instructive and fund. They made the cooking process feel approachable, fun, and memorable. What really stood out was how they combined great teaching with genuine friendless and a desire to teach. We learned a lot, ate an incredible meal, and truly enjoyed having them in our home. Remarkably, they even left our kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Chef Andy and Chef Coco to anyone looking for a special, delicious, and well-run private cooking experience.

We had a wonderful experience hiring Chef Andy and his sous chef Coco for a private dinner in our home. The meal was absolutely fantastic- beautifully presented and delicious from start to finish. Andy and Coco were professional, organized, and made the entire evening feel effortless and fun. They handled everything seamlessly and even left the kitchen spotless. Chef Andy and this class were amazing. We learned really useful knife skills and received great instruction on how to roll sushi. To add, the end-product was amazing, and we will certainly be trying this out ourselves. He is a great person and made the class a blast.

Date night with my boyfriend and Chef Cocoa was a lovely experience. I gifted him this Cozymeal sushi class, and we had so much fun prepping and rolling sushi. It turned into a very filling dinner — we even had to take some to go. The class was well organized and easy to follow, with a great group of people. The ambiance at Chef Andy’s place was great, plus easy parking. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful evening making bruschetta, risotto, chicken marsala, and tiramisu. We learned some tips for getting the right texture for the risotto, got a refresher on correctly searing chicken, and made tiramisu for the first time.

We had wonderful Bruscetta with Chicken Masala and Risotto, followed by Tiramisu. Chef Coco was our chef and she was absolutely TREMENDOUS. Cannot recommend this enough!

Chef Andy and his team were so amazing! We did the mystery basket cooking competition They made our corporate event for team-building super fun, engaging and exciting! It was such a fun event because of Cozy Meal’s amazing chefs! “Yes chef!” They were so good at organizing us and taking photos for us! And on top of all of that, the food tasted incredible! I organized this for my commercial team at Blommer Chocolate and everyone raved about it and loved the event so much! Use Chef Andy!! He will make, you, as an organizer of an event look so good!
