In this hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you how to make pizza and flatbread dough from scratch that boasts an audible crunch but still offers some chewy goodness. The simple yet complex flavor provides the perfect backdrop to the sauces and toppings that you will also prepare.
Hone your knife skills and other fundamental cooking techniques as you make two of your own customized pizzas or flatbreads. This class is the perfect preamble to the world of bread baking. The method, ingredients and all-around experience yield spectacular results.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
