Cooking Class - A Pizza Party With Flatbread

What You’ll Do

Learn how to build an impressive flatbread with Chef Sydney in this dynamic hands-on class.

In this class for any experience level, Chef Sydney will instruct on the art of building simple, yet sumptuous flatbreads during this grownup pizza party.

You will start by making your own pizza dough completely from scratch. Chef Sydney will talk about constructing flavor profiles and how to use them to elevate a flatbread to that next level. Then, you will use your new knowledge to prepare an assortment of toppings and sauces, including a richly refreshing basil and walnut pesto, olive tapenade, and homemade ricotta cheese.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Syd was awesome. Beyond accommodating (happily waited as some guests arrived late), and put up with our wine-filled lively crew with tons of patience and silliness. Food was yummy. Totally recommend!

Had a blast with Sydney for our Valentin'e Day dinner! She did a great job explaining and teaching some of the cooking methods while giving us enough leeway to leisurely enjoy the process. I was nervous about having someone in my home and the potential for it to feel awkward but Sydney was an absolute pleasure and I can't wait to try another meal soon!
