What You’ll Do

Join Chef Adam in celebrating culinary creations from the bodacious bounty of the season.

Fall elicits a nostalgia of warm braised meats, hearty vegetables, and robust gourds, all of which Chef Adam will showcase in this hands-on fall harvest party.

You will begin by going through the simplicity of brewing a quick butternut squash bisque and relishing the idyllic pairing of sage, parmesan, and pancetta. Then, you will work on refining the unfortunately overlooked techniques that are very important in braising tender, juicy meats. Afterwards, Chef Adam will show you how to turn any flavor custard into an impressive ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Adam was great! He was very well prepared and informative. We had a great time cooking our brunch with him. He taught us how to perfect our poaching eggs skills, making hollandaise and more! Highly recommend taking a class with him!

I had a great time with Chef Adam! He is a very talented chef and passionate about cooking. He not only is a great teacher, but all of the food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the Braised Short Ribs with parsnip mash and bacon swiss chard.
