Learn the art of pairing fresh food with full flavors to create exquisite culinary combinations.

Chef Taruna not only knows the importance of using fresh ingredients, but how to unlock their full potential. In this hands-on class, you will create a mosaic of flavorful dishes using fresh ingredients and pairing them with seasonings and spices that elevate them to the next level.

Each recipe, such as flavorful Indian-style chicken salad, shrimp with bell peppers and tomatoes and savory lentil stew, use hormone-free meats, seasonal vegetables and healthy legumes as main ingredients. This dinner party-style class allows you to take turns enjoying the cooking process as well as enjoying the food together with a family style dinner.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A wonderful experience with Chef Taruna. The food was amazing, the lesson was informative, and it felt like we were having dinner with a friend. It was everything we could want from this experience.

It's a great experience!! I recommend this class with Chef Taruna 100%, she guide you through all the process, you have an active role all the time and then you get to enjoy your creations. Everything was delicious, she even printed the recipes for us to make sure that we wont have any problems to do them again. Great for couples or for one person, I definitely will take more classes with her.
