Learn how to prepare four classic Italian specialties with Chef Kathy.
Discover authentic Italian flavor in this four-course pasta-making class where you'll learn time-honored cooking techniques while working with fresh ingredients.
First, you'll stuff salted beef with herbed goat cheese, and prepare a peppery arugula salad with creamy mozzarella and juicy tomatoes. Then, make pasta dough from scratch for ravioli filled with cheese and egg yolks that you'll cover in a decadent truffle butter sauce. Chef Kathy will teach you how to make chocolate budino for dessert — Italy's take on pudding — that's thickened with egg yolks.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Twelve years into her culinary career, Chef Kathy made a drastic shift and left the professional kitchen for nearly 20 years. After a fruitful career, she returned to her passion: the kitchen classroom, where she embraced how food nourishes our bodies, souls, and spirits. Upon completing the Master of Italian Cuisine at the ICI in Italy, she began teaching Italian cuisine to budding chefs in inspiring and engaging classes.
