I had a fantastic time at Chef Corey's--I enjoyed every bite of his food. His Parmesan Chicken with Fettuccine and homemade Pomodoro salsa was one of the best I ever tried, the parmesan brought the savory while the homemade Pomodoro was the sweet part that combined with a fresh oregano gave that exquisite Mediterranean flavor. The chicken was juicy, flavorful and crunchy. Chef Corey has a beautiful place with a nice atmosphere. He was very organized, had fresh ingredients and everything ready. He was a good teacher, explaining all the steps and techniques. Definitely, I will take more cooking classes with chef Corey.
