Coastal New England has never tasted so good and in this interactive cooking class in Boca Raton, you'll get to make it yourself. With Chef Monique or a resident chef by your side, you'll assemble a warm lobster roll on freshly baked brioche, prepare a crisp butter lettuce salad and cook sea salt and vinegar smashed potatoes. You'll also create a crustless blueberry pie and mix a raspberry lime rickey to finish. Along the way, you'll pick up practical techniques for working with seafood and building fresh, seasonal dishes.
