Cooking Class - Cook Italian Pizzas From Scratch
$ 89 Per person
all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Prepare well-rounded pizzas in this cooking class while building dough handling and baking skills.
Build confidence with dough and pizza techniques in this interactive cooking class in Ann Arbor. With guidance from Chef Daniel or a resident chef, you’ll mix pizza dough from scratch, shape and bake a carbonara-style pizza and fold a fennel and sausage calzone. Finish with a grilled dessert pizza topped with strawberries and chocolate hazelnut spread and a blackberry-basil soda. This cooking class in Ann Arbor focuses on dough fermentation, shaping and balancing toppings.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
