Prepare an elegant seafood menu in this interactive cooking class in Woodmere (Cleveland). With guidance from Chef Michael or a resident chef, you’ll pan-sear salmon, steam mussels and poach shrimp while learning how to season and cook seafood properly. You’ll also observe a fish butchery demo and tasting to better understand cuts and preparation. Spectacular & fun night cooking with Chef Victor Lane! Brazilian steak, plantain chips, collards and banana dessert were all mouth-watering and we all helped make it! Loved the light hearted, fun atmosphere! Thanks for a fun night!
