What You'll Do

Experience traditional French spring cooking with seasonal ingredients.

Cook a refined spring menu in this interactive cooking class in Ann Arbor. With guidance from Chef Daniel or a resident chef, you’ll sear salmon, build a pan sauce, grill asparagus and bake sweet pea soufflés with proper structure. You’ll also prepare a fresh citrus and herb sparkler. This cooking class in Ann Arbor focuses on precision, balance and confident execution of French-inspired recipes.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
