Cooking Class - Old World Italian Cooking

What You’ll Do

Learn old world Italian techniques, like making hand-cut pasta and richly layered tiramisu.

Enjoy an evening of handcrafted Italian recipes with Chef Sean. Learn these classic, old world favorites and bespoke techniques that are rarely used in modern cooking.

In Chef Sean's class, you will learn to make a classic Caesar salad and crispy calamari appetizer, then roll up your sleeves and master the technique of hand-cutting pasta for a tender pappardelle. Guests will learn to make the complex pasta puttanesca sauce and the beloved, notoriously challenging tiramisu, both made easy under the chef's guidance.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sean is great! The food was really superb, he has a great personality, and passion for food. He clearly knows what he is doing when it comes to meat. He made an incredible steak and chicken. I highly recommend utilizing Chef Sean’s services.
