Enjoy the best of the season in this interactive cooking class in Boca Raton. With guidance from Chef Monique or a resident chef, you’ll prepare a full menu featuring stuffed pork tenderloin, apple and fennel salad, butternut squash gratin and apple bread pudding with salted caramel. You’ll learn roasting, stuffing and baking techniques that make seasonal cooking approachable. This cooking class in Boca Raton blends fresh ingredients with hands-on learning for a memorable meal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
