Unlock the secrets to preparing succulent seafood with Chef Stacy

Chef Stacy offers you the opportunity to learn how to craft a gourmet meal combining Southern Californian and Mexican cuisine using only the freshest of ingredients.

Learn how to prepare a refreshing Baja-style shrimp or white fish ceviche to start. Next, she will show you how to season and pan-sear your own fajitas with your choice of beef carne asada, pollo asado or mixed vegetables, with flavorful agave-garlic beans and arroz verde on the side. For dessert, you will learn how to make authentic street-style churros dipped in chocolate sauce!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Stacy is great! Showed up right on time although it was raining heavily outside. Explained everything very thoroughly as she went along. The only negative thing I have to say is that I personally thought we would help doing more of the cooking, more hands on. It’s not, she cooks everything and explains what and why she’s doing, which is still great.

We really enjoyed our evening with Chef Stacy. Her class was informative and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this class for a special occasion!
