What You’ll Do

Have fun while treating your palate to a delicious brunch with the guidance of Chef Stacy.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Stacy will guide you through a three-course brunch menu. Combine the best of New American and Italian cuisine into a delicious fare you'll be able to craft yourself.

Your class begins by learning how to make a refreshing citrus stack with homemade vanilla syrup for a light and refreshing appetizer. Next, learn how to prepare a savory iron skillet ricotta frittata with Parmesan and fresh basil. The class wraps up with scratch-made Belgian waffles complete with a toppings bar. Pile them high with fresh strawberries, nuts, maple syrup and and vanilla whipped cream!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She has been afforded the opportunity to cook for many diverse clientele and strives for superior, friendly customer service, always with fresh ingredients and delicious food. She is also an experienced Kosher chef, an advocate for clean eating and an educator on how to avoid harmful ingredients.

Chef Stacy was great and greatly exceeded our expectations. The food was great and Stacy was easy to get along with. This was our first cozymeals experience and will definitely try it again!

Chef Stacy is a sweet, passionate woman who has accomplished so much in her life and business. She lends a realness to cooking that brings a grounded approach to food. She wants to make healthy delicious looking food and do it in a way that's easy to recreate at home. Take her class, you won't be disappointed.
